If you come across an accident victim please help them and admit them to a nearby hospital. It is punishable for medical centers not to treat / provide first aid to such accident victims. Your responsibility ends with admitting them and you don't have to report to police or their relatives or give your personal information. This is a Supreme Court Order. Please Share.
